Whether it’s giving up smoking, starting to exercise, changing your diet, or managing your stress or anxiety.  I can provide lifestyle counselling, individual support and manageable steps to help you make these changes for a healthier you.

Life can seem very fast and a bit crazy at times! Keeping up with the daily demands and juggling all our obligations can cause a lot of stress.  Ensuring that we prioritize our health through caring for ourselves, taking time out, exercising and making time to prepare healthy foods can be challenging.

Where do we start?

It takes time to establish new habits and getting support to make changes can make it easier.  With lifestyle counselling, I can help you to set goals, priorities and timelines. Then I will help to set challenges in manageable steps so that you can easily make progress.

Together we can make a plan according to your needs, expectations and preferences.  For example, you may want help to set goals and make a plan to start introducing changes to your eating habits.  Or you may need support to get started on an exercise programme when you haven’t been exercising for a while?

I can also help by providing support and practical counselling about healthy choices for your specific health condition. For example, you may need to reduce sugar in your diet.  Why is this so hard?  There can be many reasons for having difficulty reducing sugar.  It might be an indication that you have nutrient deficiencies, reduced neurotransmitters, hormone imbalance, blood sugar dysregulation, diabetes etc. My goal is to help you get to the bottom of why you are experiencing sugar cravings, devise a plan and set realistic goals, work out a diet for you, as well as providing nutritional and herbal support to assist you make your changes.
